Girls Golf: Preseason Polls Released for 2026 Season
AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association has announced its preseason coaches’ polls for the 2026 girls golf season.
For girls golf, CHSAA compiles ONLY a preseason coaches’ poll.
Defending state champions Valor Christian (5A), Riverdale Ridge (4A), Holy Family (3A) and Colorado Academy (2A) are ranked No. 1 in their respective classes in the preseason coaches’ poll. While Riverdale Ridge and Holy Family were first-time champions last year, Valor Christian is seeking its fifth consecutive title and Colorado Academy is trying for an eighth all-time championship.
The girls golf season culminates with the CHSAA State Championships on May 18 and 19. The 5A tournament is at Thorn Creek Golf Course in Thornton, the 4A tournament is at The Bridges in Montrose, the 3A tournament is at Foothills Golf Course in Denver and the 2A tournament is at Lone Tree Country Club.
